In fact corn Dosa is instantaneous - just mix some flours, add some chopped vegetables, spruce up the batter with some spices and you have an absolutely yummy platter of Corn Dosa! No grinding or no slogging required.Without further ado let's hop into the process of Corn Dosa.Corn DosaIngredients:Corn flour - 2 cupsMaida - ½ cupSalt to tasteJeera - 1 tspBlack pepper powder - to tasteOnions - 1 mediumCoriander leaves - to tasteGreen chillies - to tasteGrated ginger - to tasteCurd - 1 cupTil oil - as reqdMethod:Chop all veg and keep asideIn a bowl, add the corn flour and maidaAdd the curdAdd saltNow keep adding water to get a thin Rava Dosa Batter consistencyAdd all the finely chopped veg and mux qellHeat a Dosa tavaGrease the tava with some oilPour the Corn flour batter in a circular motionDrizzle oil on the outer sides of the Corn DosaWhen the Corn Dosa turns light golden underneath, flip it and cookWhen the other side too is golden, remove the Corn Dosa out from the Tava!Serve hot with coconut chutney pr any other chutney@Sujan Fun Kitchen
