Corn Dosa/Instant Breakfast of Corn Dosa/No Soaking of Rice or Dal! @Sujan Fun Kitchen

#CornDosa from #SujanFunKitchen #breakfast Corn Dosa is a healthy alternative to regular breakfast dishes like idli or dosa or Alu Paratha. In fact corn Dosa is instantaneous - just mix some flours, add some chopped vegetables, spruce up the batter with some spices and you have an absolutely yummy platter of Corn Dosa! No grinding or no slogging required.

Without further ado let's hop into the process of Corn Dosa.

Corn Dosa

Ingredients:

Corn flour - 2 cups

Maida - ½ cup

Salt to taste

Jeera - 1 tsp

Black pepper powder - to taste

Onions - 1 medium

Coriander leaves - to taste

Green chillies - to taste

Grated ginger - to taste

Curd - 1 cup

Til oil - as reqd

Method:

Chop all veg and keep aside

In a bowl, add the corn flour and maida

Add the curd

Add salt

Now keep adding water to get a thin Rava Dosa Batter consistency

Add all the finely chopped veg and mux qell

Heat a Dosa tava

Grease the tava with some oil

Pour the Corn flour batter in a circular motion

Drizzle oil on the outer sides of the Corn Dosa

When the Corn Dosa turns light golden underneath, flip it and cook

When the other side too is golden, remove the Corn Dosa out from the Tava!

Serve hot with coconut chutney pr any other chutney
