Corn Methi KebabPreparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 12 minutes Makes 8 kebabsIngredients1 cup boiled and coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)½ cup chopped fenugreek leaves (methi)½ cup boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)½ tsp ginger paste (adrak)1 tsp chilli powder½ tsp cumin seeds powder (jeera)2 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta)1 tbsp cornflourSalt to taste1 tsp oil for cookingMethod 1.
