Corn Pakora Crispy Corn Bhajiya Chef Harpal Singh

Corn Pakoda or Corn Fritters is an easy, delicious Indian teatime snack recipe that is made with Gram flour, Rice flour, sweet corn, and some spices.This is the best recipe for monsoon.

Ingredients Quantity
Chopped green chilli 3 no
Chopped ginger 1 inch
Asafoetida tsp
Carom seeds tsp
Chopped coriander 2-3 tbsp
Turmeric powder tsp
Red chilli powder tsp
Gram flour 1 cup
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Corn 1 cup
Oil to deep fry
Water as required
Chaat Masala for sprinkle
Red chilli powder for sprinkle

Method

Take big bowl and add chopped green chilli, chopped ginger, asafoetida, carom seeds, chopped coriander, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, besan (gram flour), rice flour, salt, corn and mix it well.
Add water to prepare mix for deep fry.
Add a small portion in hot oil to deep fry.
Sprinkle chaat masala, red chilli powder and serve hot with catch-up or chutney.
