A must try !CRAB TIKKI Ingredients250 grams crab meat1 medium onion, chopped1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilli1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powderΒΌ teaspoon turmeric (haldi) powder 2 teaspoons lemon juiceSalt to taste1 teaspoon coriander leaves, finely chopped3 tablespoons dried breadcrumbsSemolina (rawa) for coatingOil for shallow-fryingGreen chutney for garnishingOnion rings for garnishingLemon wedges for garnishingMint leaves for garnishingMethod1. In a bowl, add crab meat, onion, garlic, green chilli, garam masala powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt, coriander leaves and mix well. Add breadcrumbs, mix and set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.2. Make round tikkis of the marinated mixture flattening them with hands.3. On a plate, add rawa and coat the tikkis with it completely. 4. Heat a non-stick pan, add oil and pan-fry the tikkis till golden brown on both sides. Drain on an absorbent paper. 5.
