(Until not frozen solid, but not fully a liquid.)Drain dates. Add to a food processor with sunflower seeds & process into a sticky dough. Press into a prepared pie panDrain & rinse cashews. Add to food processor with remaining filling ingredients & blend until smooth. Transfer into 2 mason jars.Store in fridge 8 hours minimum.When ready to enjoy, stir, add toppings & serve cold. Thaw the freezer smoothie bag on the counter for 5-10 minutes. Add to a blender with milk and blend. You really want a THICKER-than-smoothie texture, because its meant to be eaten with a spoon!Pour your mixture into a bowl and add desired toppings.
