A perfect recipe for winter evenings.CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP Ingredients 12-16 broccoli florets, blanched ½ cup spring onion greens, blanched1½ teaspoons nutmeg (jaiphal) powder + for sprinkling 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon refined flour (maida)1½ cups milkSalt to tasteFresh cream for drizzling Method 1. Blend together spring onion greens, broccoli florets and 1 teaspoon nutmeg power to a fine puree. 2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add flour, mix and sauté well. Add 1 cup milk and mix till the sauce thickens. 3. Add prepared puree and mix well. Add remaining milk, salt and ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder, mix well and bring to a boil. 4.
