A must try !CREAMY CHICKEN CURRY Ingredients450 grams boneless chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces1 cup grated processed cheese½ cup hung yogurt¾ cup fresh cream2 teaspoons green cardamom powderWhite pepper powder to tasteA large pinch nutmeg (jaiphal) powderSalt to taste1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste1 teaspoon chaat masala 1 tablespoon lemon juiceOil for greasing2-3 tablespoons ghee1 inch cinnamon2 black cardamoms5-6 cloves10-12 black peppercorns3-4 green cardamoms1 cup boiled onion paste½ cup grated khoya¾ cup cashewnut-melon seed (kaju-magaz) paste 1 tablespoon green chilli paste2 teaspoons mint powder1 inch ginger, cut into strips ¼ cup fresh cream Silver varq for garnishingFresh mint sprig for garnishing Method1. Mix together cheese, hung yogurt, cream, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste and chaat masala in a bowl.2. Add lemon juice and mix again. Add chicken pieces and mix well. Refrigerate to marinate for 1-2 hours. 3. Preheat oven to 180̊ C. Grease a baking tray with some oil.4. Place the marinated chicken pieces on the greased tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and cook for 15-20 minutes. 5. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add cinnamon, black cardamoms, cloves, peppercorns and green cardamoms and sauté till fragrant. 6. Add onion paste, mix and sauté for 5 minutes. Add khoya and cashewnut-melon seed paste, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. 7. Add 4 cups water and stir to mix. Add green chilli paste and remaining cardamom powder, mix well, cover and bring to a boil. 8. Strain the gravy to another non-stick pan on heat and grind the residue. Add the residue to the strained gravy on heat, stir to mix and bring to a boil. 9. Add mint powder and ginger strips, stir and boil for a minute.
