In a bowl mix all bajra cheela ingredients except baking soda and prepare a thick batter. Allow the batter to rest for 10 min.2. Heat a gridle or a nonstick pan. Add soda in batter and spread the batter ion heated gridle. Smear little oil on the sides and cook cheela from sides until crispy. 3. For chutney, add all ingredients in a mixer grinder jar and grind to form a smooth green chutney. Squeeze in half lemon juice.
