CRISPY BISCUIT CORN SEV PURI

Ingredients

8 crispy biscuits
1 cup boiled corn kernels
Nylon sev for garnish
2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes
2 medium onions, peeled and chopped
Chaat masala to sprinkle
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to sprinkle
2 tsps chopped fresh coriander
Tamarind chutney as required
Green chutney as required

Method

1. Add potatoes, corn, onions, chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Add coriander and mix well. Slightly mash the mixture.
3. Take crispy biscuits in a plate. Place a generous portion of mixture on each biscuit. Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney.
4. Transfer on a serving bowl.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with nylon sev.
