Crispy Bread Cones Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless (cube cut) 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup
Red bell pepper 1/4 cup
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Cream 1/2 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Sweet corns 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Salt to taste
Bread slice as required
Cheddar cheese as required
Bread crumbs (for coating)
Egg (for coating)
Binding paste (2 tbsp flour + 2 tbsp water)
Directions:
In a pan heat oil then add chicken cube cut and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes until its color changes.
Add milk, black pepper, white pepper, red chili flakes, salt, chili sauce and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Then add corn, capsicum, red bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add cream and mix and cook for about 3-4 minutes until it is in the normal thick form mixture. Your filling is ready.
Take bread slice, cut edges and flat it with a rolling pin.
Now give it a cone like shape, apply binding paste on edges to seal it and fill it with prepared filling
Add cheese on top and close it by using binding paste.
Now coat them in egg then in the bread crumbs and deep fry until light golden brown.
Your tasty crispy bread cones are ready to serve.
Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
