Chicken cubes marinated with indian spices and deep fried to make these delicious crispy pakodas.CRISPY CHICKEN PAKORA Ingredients 250 grams boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste1 teaspoon lemon juice¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon coriander powder½ teaspoon garam masala powder½ teaspoon red chilli powder½ teaspoon chaat masala4-5 curry leaves, hand torn1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli paste1 tablespoon refined flour (maida)2 tablespoons cornflourSalt to tasteOil for deep-frying Method1. Put chicken cubes in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, curry leaves, chilli paste, refined flour and cornflour and mix well. Add salt and mix again.2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chicken cubes till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. 3. Serve hot with green chutney.
