CRISPY CHICKEN STICKSIngredients1 cup chicken mince 1 tbsp chopped garlic2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesCrushed black peppercorns to taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powder1 medium onion, chopped1 small potato boiled, peeled and mashedSalt to taste1 cup breadcrumbs and panko mixture1 egg1 cup rice flourOil for deep fryingMustard mayo to drizzleOnion rings to serveMint sprigs to serve Lemon wedges to serveMethod1. Take chicken mince in a bowl and press with a fork to flatten the mince.2. Add garlic, coriander, crushed black peppercorns, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, onion, potato and salt. Mix well.3. Grease palms with oil take a portion of chicken mixture and wrap around a soaked skewer.4. Take breadcrumbs and panko mixed in a plate.5. Break an egg in a plate and beat it slightly.6. Take rice flour in a plate.7. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.8. Take a chicken stick, roll in rice flour, dust off excess, dip in egg mixture coat well. roll in breadcrumbs and panko mixture. Press slightly to fix the coating evenly.9. Add the chicken sticks in kadai and deep fry till golden brown on all sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.10. Transfer chicken sticks on a plate and drizzle mustard mayo over the chicken.11.
