Crispy Karela Chips/Bitter Gourd Chips/Bitter Melon Chips | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Here is how you can make and enjoy Crispy Karela or Bitter Gourd Chips.
Ingredients:
2 medium size Karelas (Bitter Gourd/Bitter Melon)
2 tbsp Rice flour
1 tsp Sambhar powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method: Cut the Karelas into thin slices. Put 1/2 tsp Salt into the cut slices and keep aside for 5 minutes. In a bowl mix together the Rice flour, Sambhar powder, Chilli powder and 1/2 tsp Salt to make the Masala mix. Squeeze out the liquid from the Karelas and add to the Masala mix. Combine till all the pieces are coated with the masala. Deep fry in hot oil till the Karela chips are crisp. Serve hot. Do Like, Share and Subscribe. Thanks for watching.
