Masala Dosa

For Batter / Dosa Pindi - 2 cups rice
½ cup urad Dal
⅓ cup Chana Dal
1 tsp Methi Seeds / Fenugreek

For aloo masala
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 sprig
Ginger - ½ inch
Green chilli - 2-3
Onion - sliced
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Boiled Potatoes - 5
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander - 1 tbsp

After Fermentation, to cook
Salt - as per taste
Oil - to roast dosas
