FOR PAKODE:
1 cup Green Moong Dal
1/4 cup Yellow Moong Dal
1 piece Ginger
2-3 Garlic Pods
Water
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Carom Seeds
2-3 Dried Red Chilis
Black Pepper Corns
Finely Chopped Green Chilis
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Dried Mango Powder
Grated Raw Potato
Grated Carrot
Sliced Onion
Fresh Coriander
Chopped Spinach
Salt
Oil For Frying

FOR CHUTNEY:
3 tbsp Khaari Boondi
2 tbsp Roasted Chana Dal/Peanuts
3-4 tbsp Water
6-8 Green Chilis
1 piece Ginger
3-4 Garlic Pods
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Fresh Coriander
Mint Leaves
Lemon Juice
Salt
