Crispy Sabudana Wada Perfect Recipe - Crispy Deep Fried Sago Wada With Fasting Chutney

Sabudana Wada is a deep fried snack made with sago, potato, peanuts and chilli. This is mostly consumed during fasting days but these are perfect to serve as an evening snack as well.
In this video I have shared a very simple and quickest way to prepare along with a coriander dip.

1 cup Sago/Sabudana
2 tsp Clarified Butter/Ghee
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
2-3 Chopped Green Chilis
Ground Peanuts
Salt
Black Pepper Powder
Fresh Coriander
4-5 Boiled Potatoes
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Oil For Frying

For FASTING CHUTNEY:
Roasted Peanuts
1 pc Ginger
3-4 Green Chilis
Fresh Coriander
2 tbsp Curd
Salt
