FOR SHAKARPARA:
1.5 cups Semolina
1/2 cup Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
2-3 Green Cardamom
2 pinch Salt
1/4 cup Clarified Butter
Oil For Frying

FOR CHIVDA:
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Salt
2 to 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 kg Fine Flattened Rice
Oil
1/2 cup Peanuts
3-4 tbsp Chana Dal
Cashews
Almonds
Dried Coconut Pieces
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
10 - 15 Curry Leaves
Finely Chopped Green Chilis
Dried Red Chilis
