Crispy vermicelli cutlets
Ajza:
Alu (ublay or mashed) 1 kg
Hara dhaniya (katta huwa) 1 cup
Hari mirchen (katti hui) 2 khanay ke chamach
Pyaaz (katti hui) 1 cup
Namak hasb-e-zarurat
Kutti laal mirchen 1 khanay ka chamach
Zeera powder 1 khanay ka chamach
Ubla huwa chicken (katta huwa) 1 cup
Anday (phentay huwa) 3-4
Seviyan 300 gram
Khanay ka tail (talnay ke liye) hasb-e-zarurat

Tarkeeb:
1. Aik bowl me ublay huway alu, hara dhaniya, hari mirchen, pyaaz, namak, kutti laal mirchen, zeera powder, ubla huwa chicken or anday daal kar achi tarhan mix kar len.
2. Ab aik bowl me seviyan daal kar apnay hathon se chota chota tor len
3. Ab tayar mixture se cutlets bana len or anday or seviyon me coat kar le.
4. Ab in ko har taraf se 2-3 mins yan golden brown honay tak fry kar len.
Note: vermicelli cutlets ko air tight bag me 2-3 hafton ke liye Rakha ja sakta.
5. Crispy vermicelli cutlets tayar hain.

Vermicelli Cutlets
Potato (Boiled) 1kg
Green Coriander 1 cup
Green Chilies 1/4 cup
Onion 1 cup
Black Pepper 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1tbsp
Cumin Powder 1tbsp
Boiled Chicken 250gm
Egg 3-4
Seviyaan 300gm

Directions:
1. In a bowl add boiled and mashed potato, green coriander, green chilies, onion, black pepper, salt, chili flakes, coriander powder, cumin powder and boiled chicken. Mix it well.
2. Then give it a shape of cutlets, coat it with eggs and seviyaan
3. Now shallow fry it for 3-2 minutes or until golden brown.
Can store it in the freezer for 1 month

Cooking time 4-5 minutes
