Boiled penne pasta deep fried till crisp and tossed in specially made spice mix.

CRUNCHY PASTA

Ingredients

1 cup boiled penne pasta
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
½ teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ cup refined flour
Oil for deep-frying
Salt to taste

Method

1. Mix together crushed peppercorns, paprika powder, chaat masala, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
2. Add pasta in a sieve and sift refined flour through it on a plate.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the pasta until golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
4. Sprinkle the prepared spice-mix and serve immediately.
