[email protected]Sprouts Salad Ingredients:Moong beans/green gram whole-1 cup (Soaked overnight, sprouted for 3 days)Butter - 1 tspOil - 1/2 tspOnion(finely chopped)-1 (big)Cranberries - 2 tspsCucumber(finely chopped)-1/2 cupTomato(finely chopped)-1(small)Chat masala powder-1/4 tspSalt to taste-1/4 tspTurmeric Powder - 1/2 tspLemon juice-1 tspCoriander leaves((finely chopped)-1/4 cupMethod:1. Soak Moong dal for overnight, drain water and keep the dal for sprouting for 3 days in a muslin cloth. 2. In a pan, heat oil and butter and add chopped onions, saute for 1 min. Add turmeric powder, salt and cook for another 1 min. Add sprouted dal along with cranberries and saute for 5 min on medium flame until dal is tender but crunchy. 3. Transfer cooked sprouts in a mixing bowl. 4. Add onion, tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, chaat masala, coriander and mix it.12.
