CST (Chennai Style Turkey) 65 FRY | Vahchef - VahRehVah

My variation of Turkey preparation, rubbed with south Indian masalas and deep fried, Its very good not only as party snack but also a special appetizer and any special menus.

Ingredients:
Turkey(boneless cubbed) 500g.
Red chilli(kashmiri red chilli powder) 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp.
Coriander Powder ¼ tbsp.
MSG (optional) pinch
Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Dry Curry Leaf Powder
(micro wave fresh curry
leaves for 2-3 min) 1 tbsp.
Cumin powder ¼ tsp.
Green Chilli (Slit) 4 no.
Ginger, garlic paste 1 tbsp.
Corn flour ½ tbsp.
Citric acid(powdered) 1 tsp
Rice flour 1 tbsp.
Regular Red chilli Powder 1 tbsp.

Method:

Take a bowl add turkey pieces, ginger garlic paste and salt mix it well and keep it a side for 4-5 hours.
Take a mixing Bowl add Kashmir red Chilli powder, garam Masala Powder, black pepper powder, coriander Powder, cumin powder, salt, red Chilli Powder, corn flour, rice flour, MSG, citric acid, dry curry leaf powder, and mix it well. then coate this mixture into the turkey pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the turkey pieces and also fry the curry leaves and green chilli.
Then Serve it hot.
