South Indian Curd Rice Recipe in a Special Independence Day or Republic Day Garnishing

Ingredients for Curd Rice are:

Rice [चावल] - 120 gm (Soaked)
Water [पानी] - As Required
Salt [नमक] - 1/2 tbsp
Curd [दही] - 200 gm
Milk [दूध] - 20-30 ml
Sugar [चीनी] - 1 tbsp
Ghee [घी] - 50 ml (Melted)
Cumin Seeds [ज़ीरा] - 1/2 tbsp
Black Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal - 1/2 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Dry Red Chili [लाल मिर्च] - 2 pcs
Curry Leaves [कढ़ी पत्ते] - 10-15 pcs
Capsicum [शिमला मिर्च] - 2-3 tbsp (Chopped)
Carrot [गाजर] - 2-3 tbsp (Chopped)
Capsicum & Carrot - As Per Taste (To Garnish)
