It's a very healthy recipe.Full recipe: http://bit.ly/28PTcjWPrep time: 5 minutesCook time 20 min.Ingredients:11/2 cup Fresh Curd21/2 cups of cooked riceSalt to taste1 small Carrot (grated)1 small cucumber (grated)Freshly chopped coriander leavesFor Tempering:2 Tsp oil1 tsp Mustard seed2 pieces of dry red chilly½ tsp Grated gingerPinch of Asafoetida2 Tbsp Wash and soaked Bengal gram2 Tbsp Wash and soaked Urad dal (Split black lentils)10-12 sprig of curry leavesHow to make:Heat the oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, add mustard seed and let it splutter.Add dry red chilly, grated ginger, soaked Bengal gram, split black lentils, curry leaves, a pinch of asafoetida and fry on medium flame till both the lentils become light brown in colour. It will take around 3-4 minutes.Take a deep bowl and put fresh yoghurt and salt in it.Whisk the yogurt to make it smooth and creamy.Add cooked rice, grated carrot (leave some for final garnishing), freshly chopped coriander leaves, grated cucumber and pour the seasoning into the yoghurt and mix until well combined.
