Custard in whole pumpkin (Thai dessert)

Thai dessert, Sang Kaya Fug Thong () steamed custard in pumpkin. In Thailand we can find mini pumpkins for this dessert. They're just a bit larger than your hand and the flesh is rather thin. If your pumpkins are slightly larger they might need more time to steam. Keep the heat down to medium low to prevent the pumpkins from bursting. You might need to refill water to your steamer. After checking that your custard is cooked you should let it set until it's completely cool before serving.
