Ingredients:
1/2 kg Chicken mince
1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
3 tbsp Coriander green
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Green chilies
1/2 cup Chickpea powder (roasted)
1 tbsp Red chili flakes
Ingredients for gravy:
1 cup Yellow lentil
1 cup Red lentil
1 cup Onion (chopped)
1 cup Tomatoes (blended)
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Ingredients for tarka:
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp Oil
1 Bay leaf
5-6 Red chilies whole

Directions:
In a bowl add chicken mince, onion, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, green chilies, chickpea powder, chili flakes and red chili powder.
Mix all these ingredients well, grease your hands then make small oval shape mini kabab.
Deep fry in oil until light golden brown. Set aside.
Directions for gravy:
Soak both lentils together for half an hour.
In a pan heat oil, add chopped onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then add ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
Add red chili powder, turmeric, salt and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Then add lentils, water as required and mix well.
Cook on low flame for 30 to 40 minutes until its lentil is fully tender.
In a pan heat oil, add cumin red chilies, bay leaf and give it a good stir until cumin is light golden brown.
Your tarka is ready. Pour on your prepared dish and serve.
Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
