In a pot heat water and add turmeric powder, salt and bring it to a boil.2. Add soaked daal and boil until its 80% done. 3. In a pan heat oil and add garlic, saut it for 30 seconds. Then add green chilies, red whole chilies and ginger. Fry it for a minute.4. Add tomato puree in it and cook for 2-3 mins.5. Now add red chili flakes, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, red chili powder and coriander powder. Cook for a minute.6. Now add yogurt and cook for 1-2 mins.7. Add boiled daal mash, dried fenugreek, lemon juice and cook until daal gets fully tender and oil separates.8. Now add coriander, green chili and ginger and mix it well.9.
