To make dabeli brushetta, heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan. Add the dabeli masala, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.2. Add the potatoes, coriander, lemon juice, salt and cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Keep aside.3. Apply 1 tsp butter on each bread slice and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180c (360f) for 15 minutes or till crisp. Keep aside.4. Place a toasted bread on a clean, dry surface. Spread tsp garlic chutney and spread it evenly.5. Apply tsp green chutney evenly over it.6. Put 1 tbsp of the prepared potato stuffing evenly over it.7. Top it with tsp sweet chutney.8. Finally put 1 tsp sev, 1 tsp pomegranate seeds, 1 tsp masala peanuts and tsp finely chopped coriander evenly over it.8. Repeat steps 4 to 8 to make 17 more dabeli brushettas.9.
