DAHI CHICKENIngredient1 cup yogurt750 grams chicken on bone, cut into small pieces10-15 green cardamoms7-8 cloves10-15 black peppercorns2 tbsps ginger garlic paste2 tbsps lemon juice2 tbsps butter2 medium onions, finely copped3 green chillies, choppedSalt to taste2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesMethod1. Combine together green cardamom, cloves and black peppercorns and grind into fine powder.2. Marinate the chicken with the ground powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and yogurt in a bowl and set aside for 10-15 minutes.3. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add onion, green chillies and sauté till onion is translucent.4. Add marinate chicken, coriander and mix well cook on high heat for 5 minutes, cover and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium heat.
