Go ahead give it a try.DAHI KI SABZIIngredients2½ cups yogurt (dahi) 1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)2 green chillies, slit½ teaspoon red chilli powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 medium onion, finely choppedSalt to taste½ teaspoon coriander powder1½ tablespoons milkA pinch garam masala powder1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and let the seeds crackle.2. Add green chillies, chilli powder, turmeric powder and onion, mix and sauté for 2 minutes. 3. Add salt and coriander powder.4. Add milk to the yogurt, mix well, add to the pan and stir to mix and bring to a boil.5. Switch off heat, add garam masala powder and coriander leaves and mix well.6.
