DAHI SANDWICH Ingredients1 cup hung yogurt8 brown bread slices¼ cup corn kernels, boiled½ small yellow capsicum, chopped½ small red capsicum, chopped½ small green capsicum, chopped⅓ cup finely shredded purple cabbage1 medium carrot, grated Black pepper powder to tasteSalt to taste1 tbsp butterTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Take hung yogurt, corn kernels, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, green capsicum, cabbage, carrot, pepper powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well.2. Take bread slices on a worktop, add a portion of the mixture onto one side and cover with another slice.3. Heat butter in a non-stick tawa, place sandwich onto it and toast it till golden on both the sides.4.
