A filling and delicious toast recipe, perfect for an evening snack.DAHI TOASTIngredients1½ cups hung yogurt 8 white bread slices1 medium onion, chopped 1 medium tomato, chopped ½ cup corn kernels, boiled3 tbsps chopped mixed capsicumsSalt to tasteBlack pepper powder to taste2 green chillies, choppedFreshly chopped coriander as required + for garnishButter for applying + for shallow fryingCheese spread to drizzleSchezwan chutney to drizzleNylon sev for garnishMethod1. Take hung yogurt in a bowl. Add onion, tomato, corn kernels, mixed capsicums, salt, black pepper powder, green chillies and sprinkle coriander. Mix well.2. Apply butter, then green chutney on a bread slice then spread the yogurt mixture. Similarly apply butter and chutney on another slice and place it on the yogurt mixture.3. Heat butter on a non-stick tawa, add the bread and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides. 4. Slice the sandwich into half. Drizzle cheese spread and schezwan chutney on top.
