I tried to make this dish very healthy .
No need to fry vadas .Dahi vada is very popular in North India..

Ingredients

Moong Dal : 2 cup
Yougurt/ Dahi : 1-1/2 KG
Eno : 1tbsp
Lime Juice : 1 tsp
Salt : 1tsp
Coriander Leaves Chopped : 1/4 cup
Tamarind Chutney : 1/4 cup
Coriander Chutney : 1/4 cup
Roasted Cumin Powder : 1tbsp
Black salt : 1tsp
Chaat Masala : 1tsp
Red Kashmiri Chili Powder : 1tsp
add Instant Dahi Wada mix- half cup
