Ingredients for Arbi ka Rasa
Taro Root - अरबी - 8-9, (250 gms)
Curd - दही - 1/2 Cup
Chickpea Flour - बेसन - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - धनिया पाउडर - 1 tsp
Salt - (नमक) - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 1 tsp, 2 finely chopped
Red Chilli - लाल मिर्च - 1/4 tsp, coarsely ground
Garam Masala - गरम मसाला - 1/8 tsp
Coriander Leaves - धनिया पत्ता - 2-3 tbsp

For Tadka:
Oil - तेल - 1 tbsp
Carom Seeds - अजवाइन - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli - लाल मिर्च - 1/4 tsp, coarsely ground
