Remove it in a bowl and keep it aside.- For the tadka, in a pan heat oil & butter.- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chillies, fenugreek seeds, ginger garlic crush, curry leaves & coriander leaves. Saute everything well.- Add chopped onion, tomato & salt. Mix everything well. Cover it with a lid for 5 minutes and let everything cook.- In the pressure cooked dal add little water and mix well.- Then add mix masala, cumin seeds powder, coriander seeds powder & salt. Mix well.- Add this dal mixture to the tadka.
