Water, turmeric, onion, ginger garlic paste, whole spices and mix well. Cover the lid and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium low flame or until the mutton gets tender.- Remove the stock and keep it aside.- Now add tomato, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, oil, salt and mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes.- Now add spilt chickpeas, mix well. Add stock and then let it cook for 12-15 minutes on medium low flame. (add water if required)- Now add garam masala, fenugreek leaves, mix it well.- For Tarka heat oil in a pan, add cumin, whole red chili, Kari leaves and cook for few seconds.Preparation time: 15 minutesCooking time: 40-45 minutes
