Then add Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Green Chillies (chopped) to the golden Onions and saute for a minute in Medium flame then add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds Powder, Coriander Seeds Powder and Mutton, saute it properly and let it cook for 5 minutes with a high flame. Then add Black Pepper Powder, and Tomatoes (chopped) mix them all properly add water and Salt. Now let it pressure cook it for 3 to 4 whistles. In the meantime, chop the Bottle Gourd (as shown in the video) and cook it with water, Turmeric Powder and Salt, now close the lid and let it cook. Now, after the 4 whistles open up the cooker and cook it till the water is vaporised from mutton after few moments add Bottle Gourd with mutton and mix them all together. Now add the Dal with Mutton & Bottle Gourd, also add Garam Masala and let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add Ghee, Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise, Cloves, Black Pepper Corn and heat it, then add to the Dal Gosht.
