Garnish with the fresh coconuts and roasted peanuts, it tastes amazing!DAL LEMON RICE Ingredients 3 cups boiled basmati rice2 tbsps lemon juice2 tbsps gheeA pinch of fenugreek seeds1 tsp mustard seeds1 tsp split skinless black gram (urad dal)1 tsp split Bengal gram (chana dal)1 tsp split red lentils (masoor dal)1 tsp split pigeon peas (tuvar dal)3 dried red chillies, cut into ½ inch pieces8-10 curry leaves½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder2 tbsps finely chopped coriander leaves2 tbsps fried peanuts + for garnishFresh scrapped coconut for garnishCoriander sprig for garnishMethod 1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, masoor dal, tuvar dal, and asafoetida. Sauté till the dals change colour.2. Add dried red chillies, curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.3. Add Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder and mix well. Add rice and toss till well combined.4. Add salt, chopped coriander and fried peanuts. Add lemon juice and mix well, cook for 1 minute.5. Take the pan off the heat and transfer to a serving plate.
