Dal Makhani Recipe is a creamy, rich and flavourful lentil dish made using whole black lentil and mild spices. It is a popular dish from the Punjab.

Ingredients

200 gm soaked urad dal
50 gm soaked small rajma
2 chopped onion
1/2 spoon fried jeera(cumin) powder
1 spoon Kashmiri chilli powder
1 spoon normal chilli powder
2 spoon coriander powder
1 spoon garam masala
2 spoon ginger-garlic paste
2 tablespoon ghee
1 spoon kasuri methi powder
50 gm butter
1 spoon coriander leaves
1 cup milk
½ cup fresh cream
1 ½ cup tomato puree
2 tablespoon salt
