1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour – plain flour - maida
1-1/2 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
About 1/2 cup water
For Filling

1/2 cup moong dal
1 tablespoon ginger chopped
1 green chili chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fennel seeds powder- saunf
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds - jeera
1/2 teaspoon mango powder - amchoor
1/8 teaspoon asafetida – hing
2 teaspoons oil
Also need oil to fry
