Green chillies, chopped, Salt to taste, 5-6 cups Water, 1 tbsp Tender Coriander stem, finely chopped, tsp Turmeric powder, tsp Degi red chili powder, tsp Coriander powder, Warm Water, Salt to taste, For Jeera Rice 2 tsp Oil, tsp Cumin seeds, 1 no. Green chili (less spicy & chopped) tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, Cooked Rice, 1 tbsp Butter, cubed, For Double Dal Tadka 1 tbsp Oil, 1 tbsp Ghee, 2-3 Bedgi red chili, A pinch of asafoetida, inch Ginger (peeled & finely chopped) 1 no.
