Today I am sharing how to make very healthy and nutritious Dalia barfi/ Dalia mithai using broken wheat, flaxseeds, milk and jaggery. This barfi is super soft with grainy texture and tastes just like Dodha barfi but is much more easy to make. We have made this barfi more nutritious by using flaxseeds.
