Dalia Mithai- NO Sugar NO Maida NO Mawa | How to make Dodha Barfi from Dalia |Super soft Dalia Barfi | Healthy Kadai

Today I am sharing how to make very healthy and nutritious Dalia barfi/ Dalia mithai using broken wheat, flaxseeds, milk and jaggery. This barfi is super soft with grainy texture and tastes just like Dodha barfi but is much more easy to make. We have made this barfi more nutritious by using flaxseeds. Do try it out

Ingredients:
Broken Wheat/ Dalia : 1/2 cup
Whole Wheat Flour / Atta - 1/2 cup
Flaxseeds - 1-2 tsps
Clarified Butter/ Ghee - 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 3/4 cup (100 gms)
Milk - 1 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chopped Nuts - As per choice
