Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds, cloves, black peppercorns, green cardamoms and bay leaf and cook till fragrant.2. Add onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add broken wheat and sauté for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.3. Add turmeric powder, salt, carrot, cauliflower, French beans and green peas and mix well. Add 2½ cups hot water and mix well. Cover and cook under pressure till 4-5 whistles are released. 4. Open the lid of the cooker once the pressure reduces completely. Transfer onto a serving plate and garnish with fresh coriander sprig. 5.
