Take pistachios in a bowl. Add almonds, walnuts,desiccatedcoconut, poppy seeds, dates and green cardamom powder. Mash the mixture with the back of a spoon and mix well.2. Take wanton sheets on a worktop.Place spoons of mixture in centre. Apply refined flour slurry on edges. Fold the sheets into halves and seal the edges, press the edges with a fork to create a pattern.3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the wontons until golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.4.
