Peanut Butter Chocolate Flapjacks

For the flapjacks:
120g peanut butter
60g butter
50 honey
200g oats

For the topping:
70g peanut butter
100g milk chocolate


1. Melt the peanut butter, butter and honey together in a bowl in the microwave. Then stir in the oats.
2. Add to a lined oven dish and push down with a spoon to make the mixture as compact as possible.
3. Bake for 15 minutes at 180c fan.
4. Melt the peanut butter and chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave and spread this over the flapjacks.
5. Freeze for 15 minutes then cut into 9 squares or smaller pieces if you like.


*The peanut butter can be smooth or crunchy. Personally I prefer crunchy!
