Peanut Butter Chocolate FlapjacksFor the flapjacks:120g peanut butter60g butter50 honey200g oatsFor the topping:70g peanut butter100g milk chocolate1. Melt the peanut butter, butter and honey together in a bowl in the microwave. Then stir in the oats.2. Add to a lined oven dish and push down with a spoon to make the mixture as compact as possible.3. Bake for 15 minutes at 180c fan.4. Melt the peanut butter and chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave and spread this over the flapjacks.5. Freeze for 15 minutes then cut into 9 squares or smaller pieces if you like.*The peanut butter can be smooth or crunchy. Personally I prefer crunchy!
