Boil water and pour into the measuring cup, stir to dissolve the sugar and salt.Place garlic, dill amd peppercorns at the bottom of a 500ml mason jar.Once cool, pour the liquid into the mason jar. Place lid on and refrigerate. Chill 4 days.
