Basic Daylily Pickles

1 1/2 cup white vinegar
2 cups water
pinch pf sugar
pinch of salt
garlic
dill
peppercorns

Put sugar and salt in a Pyrex measuring cup. Boil water and pour into the measuring cup, stir to dissolve the sugar and salt.

Place garlic, dill amd peppercorns at the bottom of a 500ml mason jar.

Once cool, pour the liquid into the mason jar. Place lid on and refrigerate. Chill 4 days. Store, covered, in refrigerator up to 2 months.
