How to make dry arum veggie
Ingredients
1.arum(1kg)
2.oil(6tbsp)
3.carom seeds (1/2tsp)
4.cumin seeds(1tsp)
5.mustard seeds(1tsp)
6.ginger garlic paste(1/2tsp)
7.small onion chopped(1)
8.green chilli chop(1).
9.tomato peeled n grated(1 large)
10.salt(1 tsp)
11.red chilli powder(1 tsp)
12.turmeric powder(1/4tsp)
13.coriander powder(2 tbsp)
14.fresh coriander(for garnishing)
15.green chilli(for garnishing.)
Method
1.peel n cut arum into slices..sprinkle salt..give rest for 15 minute.wash
2.in a wok, put 3 tbsp oil,carom seeds,cumin and mustard seeds..fry for 1 minut n add arum.fry it till golden.take it out in a plate
3.in the same wok, add 3tbsp oil n ginger garlic paste.fry n add onion.cook till it's water dries up..add
