Chicken Paratha Roll with Mayo Garlic Sauce

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Chicken cubes (boneless) 800 g
Yogurt 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Oil (for cooking) 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Mayo Garlic Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Vinaigrette Veggies:
Cucumber (julienne) 1/2 cup
Tomato (julienne) 1/2 cup
Onion (sliced) 1/2 cup
Vinegar 2 cups

Ingredients for Assembling:
Paratha as required
Cooked chicken as required
Mayo garlic sauce as required
Vinaigrette veggies as required

Directions for Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add chicken, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, paprika powder, garlic powder, red chili flakes, cumin powder, yogurt and mix it well.
2. In a pan heat oil and marinated chicken. Cook for 67-10 mins or until chicken is fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Mayo Garlic Sauce Preparation:
3. In a bowl add mayo, cream, garlic, paprika powder, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well. Your Mayo Garlic Sauce is ready. Set aisde.
Directions for Vinaigrette Veggies Preparation:
4. In a bowl add cucumber, tomatoes, onion, vinegar and soak the veggies for 10-15 mins. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
5. Take a paratha and spread mayo garlic sauce on it. Add a layer of vinaigrette veggies, prepared chicken in the center vertically.
6. Drizzle mayo garlic sauce again and roll the paratha making it a paratha roll.
7. Your Chicken Paratha Roll with Mayo Garlic Sauce is ready.
