Delicious Healthy VEGETABLE JOLLOF RICE No Frying! Jollof Rice recipe: Vegetable Jollof rice

Ingredients
8 Standard Cup Rice
700g Fresh Spinach +1 Red bell pepper
6 Large Fresh Tomatoes
8 Spicy Peppers
1 Head set garlic
1 Thumbsized Ginger
3 ONIONS
5 Large Tatashie red
Fresh basil
Fresh Rosemary
Cooked HARD Chicken STOCK SIEVED
1 Cup Oil( plus extra 1/3 Cup optional)
3/4 Cup Crayfish / DRYFISH powder
Salt to taste

2 tbs butter
1 fresh tomato
2 Medium Onions
Small rosemary/basil
Add grilled fish and Chicken and coat, allow to sit in it for at least 30 minutes
