Fish Pakora

Ingredients for Fish Pakora:
Boneless fish cubes 500 g
Gram flour 1 cup
Egg 1
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds crushed 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Pomegranate seeds (crushed) 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Imli Chutney:
Green coriander 1/2 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Tamarind water 1/2 cup
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp

Directions for Fish Pakora Preparation:
1. In a bowl add fish cubes, egg, gram flour, red chili flakes, coriander seeds crushed, lemon juice, red chili powder, black pepper crushed, turmeric powder, pomegranate seeds crushed, salt and mix it well.
2. In a wok heat oil and add marinated fish. Fry until fish is crispy and fully done. Your Fish Pakora is ready.
Directions for Imli Chutney Preparation:
3. In a blender add green coriander, mint leaves, tamarind water, black salt, red chili flakes and blend it well. Serve it with Fish Pakora and enjoy.
