A must try recipe !DESI NOODLE CUTLETSIngredients1 cup boiled and chopped noodles ½ cup mashed potatoes2-3 tablespoons mixed capsicum strips⅓ cup carrot strips⅓ cup shredded cabbage2-3 tablespoons onion strips1 inch ginger, finely chopped½ teaspoon finely chopped green chilliesSalt to taste1 teaspoon red chilli powder½ teaspoon garam masala powder¼ teaspoon chaat masala ½ teaspoon cumin powder1 tablespoon soy sauce1 tablespoon cornflour Oil for shallow-frying Method1. Mix together potatoes, noodles, capsicum strips, carrots, cabbage, onions, ginger, green chillies, salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, cumin powder and soy sauce and mix well. Add cornflour and mix again. 2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into cutlets. 3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the cutlets in it and shallow-fry till golden brown from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper. 4. Serve hot with Schezwan chutney.
